The Rwanda Bar Association provides legal aid services to genocide transfer cases
The Rwanda Bar Association provides Legal aid assistance and/or Presentation in court for minors Under 18 years old in criminal matters
The Rwanda Bar Association provides services such us Providing information to the public; Handling complains between advocates and the public; Providing legal information, advice, orientation, mediation, and legal assistance & representation to indigent and vulnerable people free of charge.
Since January 2016 until December 2016 1639 minors was assisted/ represented in court. 87% of assisted minors was male and 13% was female.
Since January 2016 until December 2016, 653 indigents was assisted and/or represented in court. 82% was male whereas 18% was female.
Every Friday of the week, Rwanda Bar Association provide information to the public, Handle complains between advocates and the public, Provide legal information, advice, orientation, mediation, and legal assistance & representation to indigent and vulnerable people free of charge.
